The second "Australia China Zhiyuan" Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition Finals and Technology Forum, hosted by Australia China Zhiyuan Investment Development Co., Ltd., Macao Youth Entrepreneurship Incubation Center, and Macao Association for Science and Technology, was held at the Macao Science Museum Convention Center yesterday (18th) morning. The champion of the competition was ultimately won by the local project "Genetrump", and 7 projects were recommended to enter 5 international entrepreneurship competitions.

Macao's Secretary for Economy and Finance, Leung Wai tat, Deputy Minister of the Economic Department of the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government, Zhu Hong, Secretary General of the Permanent Secretariat of the Forum Macao, Xu Yingzhen, Director General of the Macao Economic Bureau, Dai Jianye, Chairman of the Macao China Zhiyuan Group, Tan Boyuan, CEO Cui Shiping, and other guests attended the opening ceremony held on the same day.
Dai Jianye stated in his speech that the SAR government attaches great importance to promoting innovation and development in Macau. In addition to implementing various measures to establish innovation mechanisms, the government has also made good use of the "National Mass Entrepreneurship Space", "China Portugal Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Exchange Center", as well as the dual innovation power of the private sector and universities. Through the incubation center, various entrepreneurial support services are provided to promote exchanges and inspire innovation.
Top three teams in the 22 projects competition
In the finals, 22 entrepreneurial projects successively demonstrated their forward-looking ideas and entrepreneurial ideas in smart cities, Internet plus, high-tech materials, biotechnology, precision medicine, etc. After a fierce round of competition, the local project "Jinchuangke" won the championship, with "Intelligent Casino - Gaming Enterprise Operation Plan" and "Guoyan Innovation Technology (Macau) Co., Ltd." as the second and third place respectively.
In addition, there are 7 projects directly connected to 5 major international entrepreneurship events, including "China Internet plus Undergraduate Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition", "China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition", "IEEAC Beijing Tianjin Hebei Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition", "Fosun Protechting Global Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition", and "Alibaba Gods Battle Global Maker Competition".
Sign an agreement to expand the cooperation network
At the same time, Australia China Zhiyuan has signed an agreement with Brazilian incubator Fabrica de Startups, promising to provide consulting services and venue support for each other's entrepreneurs. This marks a further expansion of Macau's youth entrepreneurship cooperation network with Portuguese speaking countries, following Portugal.
In addition, the Innovation Incubation Center has signed a contract with the mainland financial media brand "New Fortune" to establish the "New Fortune Academy Macau Branch", and has also signed memorandums of cooperation with four incubators and entrepreneurship bases in Hong Kong, Guangzhou, and Dongguan, hoping to combine each other's entrepreneurial resources, promote professional consulting service exchange programs, and jointly promote the development of entrepreneurship.
